Myofascial Release is an effective, gentle and safe therapy for all clients.
Our occupational therapist is specially certified to deliver Myofascial Release through her studies at the Swedish Institute of Health Science in New York City and Columbia University.

Rehabilitation after injury and surgery
Working as a team with your physician and/or surgeon, we will help your rehabilitate following surgery so that you can first manage the activities of very day life and then work your way back to your normal level of care.

Back and Neck Pain

Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome (TMJ)
Conditions that impact your jaw and fascial muscles are known as temporomandibular disorders (TMD) or (TMJ) after the actual temporomandibular joint.
These painful conditions can be caused by issues or injuries in the muscles of your jaw or the joint itself.
Causes of TMJ can include teeth grinding or clenching, stress that prompts you to tighten your jaw and fascial muscles, whiplash, and movement of the disc or soft cushion between the joint’s ball and socket.
We use myofascial release to ease the pain of TMJ and ignite the heaing process.
Migraine and tension headaches
Debilitating tension headaches and migraines can take a toll on a client’s quality of life and ability to work and live fully. Myofascial release can greatly improve quality of life for migraine sufferers.
Stress headaches and migraines can cause varying degrees of pain over a period of several days.
