Our Company

Hands On Therapy Center, providing myofascial release massage and occupational therapy in Wyckoff and Bergen County, NJ, is distinguished for its one-on-one, hands on client care and emphasis on Myofascial Release, a gentle, healing therapy that is effective in healing clients with chronic pain, back and neck pain, and issues related to pregnancy and depression and anxiety.

We can help you rehabilitate and return to your normal life following injuries or surgery through our combination of hands on therapy and prescribed exercises.

Our goal is to get to the root of your pain and heal it effectively, and all of our recommended therapy is customized to the needs of each individual patient.

You will see the same therapist at each visit, so changes in your condition can be observed and program changes made to accommodate each stage of your rehabilitation.

Amy Beyer has been offering effective myofascial release massage and occupational therapy to residents of Wyckoff and Bergen County, New Jersey since 2009. In November of 2017, she opened her clinic, Hands On Therapy Center at 393 Crescent Avenue.

Amy received her Master of Occupational Therapy from Columbia University and also has a Bachelor of Linguistics from Montclair State University in New Jersey.

Her approach to treating chronic pain and illness is to take a one-on-one customized hands-on manual therapy approach.

She is also certified to deliver Myofascial Release, a gentle and effective hands on therapy, and is certified in this special therapy through the Swedish Institute of Health Science in New York City.
